Teacher, if you are back to class, drop us a note in the comment’s section.
This quarter many of you are back to class! We join in your excitement and pray God’s blessings on you. In past videos and resources from PPH, we’ve offered tips for teaching ministries during the pandemic.
This month we’ve pulled a video out of the vault. One year ago I invited Dr. Jeanie Bland to talk about teaching in the church. We shared the first two parts of the conversation in December and February. Then the pandemic hit and we’ve dedicated resources for the last six months to addressing that need.
Today we’re releasing the final video in the series, in which Jeanie talks about classroom management and the value of teaching. Though filmed one year ago, these strategies are so pertinent for us right now.
Create a plan for classroom management and communicate it clearly. Recognize that children have been affected significantly by the pandemic. Click To Tweet- Focus on how important teaching is for your students. With that purpose in view, we’ll be willing to adapt and continue this ministry in ways that best minister to the students entrusted to us.
